Before joining A&M Capital Europe, Paolo was an Associate Director with Temasek in London and focused on pan-European investments across a range of sectors, including consumer, technology and business services.
Prior to Temasek, Paolo was an Associate at Change Capital, a mid-market specialist consumer and retail investor. Prior to that, Paolo was an analyst in Citigroup TMT investment banking division.
Paolo has over 13 years private equity investing and investment banking experience.
Paolo is currently Chairman of Pet Network International and La Patria, and a Director of IBG and STOK.
Paolo is Italian and holds a CEMS Master International Management jointly issued by Bocconi university and the Rotterdam School of Management.
Paolo speaks English and Italian and has board-level experience in Italy, France and the UK.
