Rob Haisch is a Partner with A&M Capital. Since 2001, Mr. Haisch has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. His primary areas of industry focus have included healthcare services, environmental services, business services and transportation / logistics.
From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Haisch was a Principal with Charterhouse Equity Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on leveraged buyout investments in the middle-market. Prior to joining Charterhouse, Mr. Haisch was a Senior Associate at North Castle Partners from 2004 to 2008, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of leveraged buyout transactions across a variety of industries. He began his career in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Haisch was formerly a director of Organix Recycling and is currently a director of Med-Metrix, Nevada Heart & Vascular, United Musculoskeletal Partners (“UMP”), PatientCare EMS and Talus Payments.
Mr. Haisch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
